1. Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by Mountain Home Services (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Cache, Weber, Davis, or Salt Lake County, Utah, who are 18 years or older and the homeowner of the property where the furnace is located. Residential natural gas or propane furnaces only. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
Between February 20, 2026 and April 15, 2026, participants must:
- Submit a photo of their current furnace that is 10+ years old, AND
- Provide their name, phone number, and email address.
Entries may be submitted at https://www.mountainhomeutah.com/landing-page/oldest-furnace-contest/. Limit one entry per household.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a new furnace with a maximum value of up to $5,000, including free installation and a 10-year warranty.
- Prize may not be redeemed for cash.
- If the installation or equipment selected exceeds $5,000, winner is responsible for any additional costs.
- Prize applies only to residential natural gas or propane furnace replacements.
5. Additional Entrant Discount
All eligible entrants will receive an additional discount toward a furnace replacement if they choose to purchase. Discount has no cash value and may not be combined with other offers unless stated by Sponsor.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on April 22, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within 5 business days. If the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within 7 days, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Conditions
By entering, participants agree to:
- Allow Sponsor to verify furnace age and eligibility.
- Allow use of their name, photo submission, and likeness for marketing purposes without additional compensation (where permitted by law).
- Accept the prize “as is.” Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or installation delays outside its control.
9. General Terms
Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this contest at any time. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Entrants are responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected will be used solely for contest administration and service communication and will not be sold or shared.
